End of The Year Vacation 2010 @ Saigon City (25 Nov - 29 Nov 2010 )

Day 1 - Arrival at Saigon City (HCMC)

Our family vacation end of the year 2010...

This final term school holiday, we decided to bring the kids to Saigon City....(HCMC)...the actual plan was either to HK or NZ...but after taken traveling time into consideration...kids are still too small....especially Aliyull..only 1 1/2 years.....plan changed to the shorter journey......Just afraid Aliyull buat perangai....After all we just want them to expose themselves to the other culture and way of living....which we knew that Saigon will impress them...

Another reason to travel with kids....susah sgt they all nak berenggang from mummy and daddy...wherever we go...they always wanted to follow...so there is no chance for mummy and daddy to go for holiday alone @ honeymoon.....takpela while they all still want to follow us kan....dah besar2 nanti mesti nak jalan2 sendiri....mummy and daddy ajak sure refuse....

Alhamdullilah....It is easy to handle Aliyull during the journey...before take-off Aliyull dah start tido....until the arrival...Erienna and Qisteena like usual..makan..makan and always makan..but it's good for us....takdela susah nak layan dorang....

Qisteena doing her selection on the foods....and souvenirs...huhuhu belum sampai lagi dah nak shopping...like mother like daughter...

Arrival at ..."Tan Son Nhat International Airport" their time was 1 hour behind ours

Some friend's friend come to pick up us to their shop...so takla kelam kabut carik transport nak pi hotel ...

After done with some shopping at our friend shop..we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm......the journey to hotel took almost 1 hour since it was heavy raining ....

Mummy doing the registration..the hotel first impression...hmmm very nice,helpful staff and value for money...

The room was comfortable and quite spacious...for 5 of us...the facilities - computer with free wi-fi...(huh nasib baik we decided not to bring our lappy - buat menyemak jer...), LCD TV....etc....

Qisteena sampai jer terus mengadap computer... .huhhh sama jer macam kat rumah...

After take a rest for a while, we decided nak kluar makan ke 1st kedai muslim halal yang dah ada dlm list we all.....FYI, we have browsed the net and listed out semua kedai muslim...so xla kelam kabut kan..since majority penduduk Saigon were Buddha & Kristian.....so mesti mostly kedai makan dia x halal kan....so our list did helped a lot...

After finished our halal meal at Halal @ Saigon , we moved out to take a night walk around the Saigon City..jalan kaki...best...even though the traffic were very congested but
to walk is safe here...
Ha that's the 1st exposure to kids...ternganga diaorg tgk jalan yg terlalu sibuk...that's the hustle bustle of Saigon City....which most of the transport were motorcycles..... tapi motorcycles dorang2 cantik2..ada pelbagai warna...tu belum lagi helmet....mix n match dgn color motor...

Our gurls enjoyed the lights which was all over the place....yelah...dah nak close to X-Mas kan..

Photos taken in front of their historical building..which most of it adopted the classical architecture concept..It's so beautiful here during nite time...

Our journey on the 1st day ended bile we all feel so tired..patut nye boleh balik hotel jalan kaki...tapi we all decided to took a taxi....and another suprised here..to get the taxi is not like KL...kat sini petik jari sudah sampai depan mata., overall their service was superb & 2 thumbs up to their taxi system......
